I went on a blind date at noon today, so I will post the update this evening.

Since the very first upload, The Chronicle of Loess has never missed a day of updates. While this may not seem like a major feat, let this serve as proof: Old Bei will never stop updating until the story reaches its conclusion.

Today is May Day. Filled with reverence for the vast masses of working people—much like myself—I felt a surge of emotion and, consequently, went on a blind date.

It is the season of double monthly votes. Could everyone spare some of their base monthly votes for Old Bei today?

I am asking for base monthly votes! I am asking for double monthly votes! I am asking for all kinds of monthly votes! Please shower me with your love!

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to "The One Who Loves You Regardless" for the generous tip and monthly vote, and to "Blue Tarot Card" and "Dark Nebula System" for their double monthly vote support.

P.S. I will continue with a ten-thousand-word burst tomorrow. If I can receive a few more monthly votes today, I will certainly reward you all with three consecutive days of such bursts. (To be continued.)
